Retrofitting & refurbishment is a cost-effective value to the customer to minimize down as well as cost. ATP follows key steps to first evaluate the systems and transfer of the system to refurbish previous system. Our service specialist will first:
• ATP Technicians will arrive on site to take on site measurements, required pictures for mark up and list items that need to replace based upon the wear as well the deterioration of the components
• ATP’s methods of refurbishment example for a slat belt system: replacing, belting system, drive unit that has been re-engineered with new formed stainless with newly drive motor, replace all plastics, Etc.
• A detail quote with lead time will be provided and to the customer as well as a full breakdown of parts that will be replaced
